Do you require order follow-up due to a duplicate order?
- USA/Canada Orders before 1pm EST-USA: Apologies, but we auto-ship these orders on the same day. You can refuse a product already shipped and it'll return to us (we'll refund returned product in salable condition minus the shipping, return and restock costs). You'll also receive automated tracking information and can contact the shipping provider directly to see if they allow automated returns from your address. Please contact us by a method below with details.
- International Orders and USA/Canada Orders after 1pm EST-USA: We can usually 'catch' duplicate orders before processing and delete the duplicate. Please contact us by a method below and give details of which order to ship and which to cancel and refund.
Do you require shipping to an alternative address OR want to reroute an existing order already placed.
- USA/Canada Orders before 1pm EST-USA: Apologies, but we auto-ship these orders on the same day. You can refuse a product already shipped and it'll return to us (we'll refund returned product in salable condition minus the shipping, return and restock costs). You'll also receive automated tracking information and can contact the shipping provider directly to see if they allow automated reroutes to another address (at a fee of course). Please contact us by a method below with details.
- International Orders and USA/Canada Orders after 1pm EST-USA: We can reroute orders to any address you require. Please contact us with your required address change. Please also include the phone number for that delivery location.
- Gifts and Alternative addresses: We are happy to ship where you want us to. Please contact us before your placing your order using a method below.
